The acoustic sensor uses a 3D acoustic situational awareness system to detect audible border security and critical infrastructure threats such small arm fire, rockets, artillery and mortars. It will also detect helicopters, planes, UAV’s, boats and ground vehicles.

The signal processor embedded in acoustic sensor will analyze and information and report it to the dedicated sensor management system in the control room, vehicles and mobile personnel.

The acoustic sensor detection system will interface with the customer’s dedicated sensor management system that is supporting multiple sensors systems and provide information of the direction of the threat and distance of where the threat is coming from.
